Brief & handover
Before editing begins, we clarify the audience, main message and release. Provide original files with their folder structure intact where possible. A short overview makes the material easier to navigate.
Rough cut & structure
The rough cut establishes selection, order and pace. Music, graphics and color may still be temporary. First check that the story works and that important statements are represented accurately.
Feedback & fine cut
One consolidated review is more helpful than conflicting individual comments. For example: “At 00:18, shorten the second sentence because it repeats the explanation.” Identify the moment, the issue and ideally the intended result.
Finishing & delivery
The agreed captions, graphics, sound and color work follow the edit. Spelling, framing, audio and each version are checked before delivery.
